This policy describes how we process your personal data when you visit noventra-sport.com, place an order or contact us, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1. Controller

Noventra Sport, sole proprietorship based in Ticino, Switzerland. Contact: noventrasport@gmail.com

2. What data we process

Contact and delivery data: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number.
Order data: products purchased, amounts, date, shipping status, returns and refunds.
Payment data: payment method and transaction confirmation. Full card details are processed only by the payment providers and we do not receive them.
Communications: the content of the emails and messages you send us.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. For what purposes

Handling orders, payments, shipping, returns and customer service.
Meeting legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
Keeping the website secure and preventing fraud.
Sending you newsletters and offers, only if you have subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Statistics and personalised advertising through cookies, according to the preferences you set in the cookie banner.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the shop:

Shopify, the shop platform (Ireland, Canada, United States). More information: Shopify's privacy policy.
Payment providers, depending on the method you choose at checkout.
Order fulfilment and logistics partner based in China (EPROLO), to which we send your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents to prepare, ship and clear the parcel through customs.
Couriers and customs authorities, for delivery and import formalities.
Email marketing services, if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
Advertising and analytics platforms (for example Meta, Google), according to your cookie preferences.
Authorities, if required by law.

5. Transfers abroad

Some recipients are located in countries that do not guarantee an adequate level of data protection under Swiss law, in particular the United States and China. In these cases we use standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the transfer is necessary to perform our contract with you, for example to ship your order (Art. 17 FADP).

6. How long we keep data

We keep order data and accounting records for 10 years, as required by the Code of Obligations (Art. 958f CO). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated.

7. Cookies

We use technical cookies needed for the shop to work (cart, checkout, security) and, according to your preferences, statistics and marketing cookies. You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to find out what data we process about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy of it and to object to its processing, within the limits set by law. Write to us at noventrasport@gmail.com; we may ask you to verify your identity.

If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
