This policy describes how we process your personal data when you visit noventra-sport.com, place an order or contact us, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1. Controller
Noventra Sport, sole proprietorship based in Ticino, Switzerland. Contact: noventrasport@gmail.com

2. What data we process
Contact and delivery data (name, addresses, email, phone); order data (products, amounts, shipping, returns); payment data (method and confirmation: full card details are processed only by the payment providers); the messages you send us; technical and usage data (IP address, device, browser, pages visited) collected through cookies.

3. For what purposes
Handling orders, payments, shipping, returns and customer service; meeting legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations; keeping the website secure and preventing fraud; sending newsletters only if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time); statistics and personalised advertising according to the preferences set in the cookie banner.

4. Who we share data with
Shopify, the shop platform (Ireland, Canada, United States); payment providers; our order fulfilment and logistics partner based in China (EPROLO), to which we send your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents to prepare, ship and clear the parcel through customs; couriers and customs authorities; email marketing services if you have subscribed; advertising and analytics platforms (for example Meta, Google) according to your cookie preferences; authorities, if required by law.

5. Transfers abroad
Some recipients are located in countries without an adequate level of protection under Swiss law, in particular the United States and China. In these cases we use standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC, or the transfer is necessary to perform our contract with you, for example to ship your order (Art. 17 FADP).

6. Retention
We keep order data and accounting records for 10 years (Art. 958f CO). Other data only as long as needed for the purposes stated.

7. Your rights
You can ask us to find out what data we process about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy and to object to its processing, within the limits of the law, by writing to noventrasport@gmail.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).

8. Changes
We may update this policy; the version published here always applies.
